NICHOLAS PARISI
Managing Director
Prior to Silfra Capital, Nicholas was an equity partner at Goble Investments, a family office, which focuses on real estate and private equity investments in the Western United States. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer for their management company, Goble Properties. Nicholas has overseen over $450M in direct buy-side deals and in 2006 Nicholas assisted the CEO of Goble Properties in a management-backed buyout. Nicholas has experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt management, LP equity placement and portfolio operations.
He earned an MBA from Duke University and his bachelors degrees from Westmont College in Economics & Business as well as Philosophy. He serves on the Y.A. Council for Westmont College, is on the board of directors for The Freedom Story and along with his wife, Drew, is a marriage mentor to engaged and newly married couples at Menlo Church.
RYAN CALLAGHAN
Managing Director Private Equity
Ryan Callaghan has extensive experience both as an investor and operator of middle market companies. Prior to joining Silfra Capital, Ryan was the Chief Operating Officer and an equity partner at Shoutpoint, a cloud-based, telephony platform provider. Prior to running Shoutpoint, Ryan was a partner at TGV Partners, a private equity investment company, for 7 years. At TGV Ryan focused on acquiring and operating branded consumer products and manufacturing businesses by advising and empowering their senior management teams or taking a management role with the company. Ryan was previously with The Carlyle Group, where he helped form and build the firm's investment subsidiary, CRG West.
Ryan earned a B.A. in Business Economics and Accounting from UCLA. Ryan and his wife Kelly have four children, he is a founding elder at his church and serves on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations.
